Help
We work across the UK - from national institutions in London to community trusts, parish churches and independent museums in every region - and we have delivered projects internationally. Much of our work is on site: consultation, workshops and research happen where your audiences are.
We help heritage sites, museums and cultural organisations, shape, fund and secure a lasting future. That covers funding applications, Activity Plans, business plans, strategic planning and governance, audience development, interpretation, exhibitions and training. See our Services for the full picture.
Museums and galleries, historic churches and cathedrals, castles, gardens, local authorities, building preservation trusts, universities and private owners - more than a hundred organisations over 25 years. Explore our Projects to see the range.
Yes - this is one of our core services, from first project enquiry through to Development and Delivery-stage submissions. We also help with applications to other funders, including The Architectural Heritage Fund, and work with our Associates to help you fund the whole project.
With a conversation. Tell us where your project is - an idea, a funding deadline, a review - and we will suggest a proportionate way to help, whether that is a short piece of advice or a full commission. Get in touch to start.
Yes. We run bespoke workshops and capacity-building sessions for boards, staff and volunteers - covering visitor research, governance, setting projects up for success and more. See Training for current offerings.
There is no minimum. We work on everything from one-day governance reviews and small evaluation studies to multi-million pound capital projects - always scaled to what the organisation needs and can sustain.
