About the project

The National Gallery 200 Project aims to improve the visitor experience, expand educational outreach, and ensure long-term sustainability, celebrating the institution's rich heritage and securing its future for generations to come.

The consultancy's role

Alix Slater Consultancy & Training was brought on board to develop a comprehensive evaluation plan to monitor the Gallery's Strategic Business Case to the DCMS. The Gallery was due to fully re-open in spring 2025.
