The consultancy's role

Alix Slater Consultancy & Training was commissioned to support the charity in looking at its governance structure, membership, and volunteering. Drawing on the consultancy's insights into membership and its understanding of other organisations that rely heavily on volunteers, it provided advice on income generation and governance.
